Rated 4 out of 5 by from light weight pants these pants are typical Columbia quality you might expect. I have worn them hiking in light rain and the water eventually penetrate the material. they do dry out fairly quickly. i bought size 34w 32l and they are quite comfortable. i typically wear 34w 32l in most other pants. the pocket on the leg holds my phone 4 just fine. the side pockets are just deep enough. the mesh in the pockets is comfortable. these are much thinner and lighter compared to the columbia royce peak or prana stretch pants. i'm not sure i would buy another pair. more time outdoors will tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, Stretchy, Fit Properly, Look Great, & Comfy Light, Stretchy, Fit Properly, Look Great, & Comfy is my title and it describes the pants really well. I only wear the mid to higher end pants and usually hiking pants and these are fantastic. I rate them equally with Under Armour Armourvent Trail Pants and Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants, which are my favorites. What I love about these Titan Peaks are that they are the Titanium department of Columbia so they are cut better and not so much for baggy or overweight body types. They aren't exactly skinny jeans type either but somewhere correctly in the middle. I power walk in them in the mornings from 75 degrees down to 25 degrees and they keep me cool, dry and comfortable. They not only stretch but are reinforced in all the important places. I like that it comes with a belt and I love the zippered pockets. The zipper pulls are excellent but the belt is just ok honestly. Its the one area that I've noticed Columbia tends to cheap out on. Upgrading to a nicer belt really takes these already high end pants up a notch or two though. Everything I need to hold is secure in the pockets so that is a huge plus. I also hear compliments from men and women when I wear these so I have the graphite and the black colors. Make more colors, Columbia, and I'll buy them! For size info, I'm 5'11" and about 190 pounds and I usually wear medium. The 36 waist is a perfect correct fit for me on these Titan Peaks. If they are still on the REI Garage discount, grab two pairs if you can!
