The bag is foldable which is nice for storing
I purchased this ski bag mainly for transporting my skis from home to the local resort(s) here in Northern Michigan. Sometimes my skis are in the back of a pick up truck, a SUV and even in the back of my work van. I feel my skis and poles are well protected in this bag during transport. When not in use, The bag is foldable which is nice for storing in a locker, trunk, etc.... Fit: I have a pair of Shaggy’s Skis that measure 124-85-109 mm @ 174 cm with Marker Griffin bindings. Getting my skis in the bag takes a little maneuvering because of the twin tips but once in, the skis do not move around much.

Ripped first time using it
Outer fabric of bag tore during the first 2 days of having it. No extreme conditions for it either, it was just sitting in the back of our SUV. Dakine's quality has gone down.

Great bag that holds up well and holds a lot

Easily fit a pair of 169cm skis, poles, goggles, and quite a lot of ski gear. Used the bag to transport my skis, by plane, from Montreal to Big Sky, Mt. Round trip was a total of four flights, as checked baggage. Skis are in great shape and the bg still looks like new.

175 skis don’t fit

The zipper is not the same length as the bag so I could not fit my 175 all mountain skis inside. Totally frustrating.

No complaints

This bag holds skis; has enough extra flab for poles, etc; and is padded enough that they don't bruise you too badly while carrying them. This is actually the second purchase of this bag for a second pair of skis, and the first one's held up great against wear and tear. It's also priced reasonably well, so you don't have to think twice about it getting dirty, tossed at the bottom of the pile, etc..

Fits skis and poles, great storage

My skis are 170cm long, but I wanted the extra space so I could pack clothing, poles, and other things in there. I think it works great, super convenient to store during off season and to load into the car

Great quality for the price.

Great quality for the price. I just wanted a light weight bag that would be easy to carry through the airport. I did not need wheels, extra storage space, etc. My skis are 159cm and fit perfectly with a little extra room to stuff some clothes, gloves, etc. in. Fitting my helmet in required a little creativity but I was able to squeeze that in as well.

Great Product!

Gray bag with a sturdy build. Handling makes it easy to carry over the shoulder or in your hands. Easy to wipe out once home.

A nicely padded ski bag that works as advertised

We shoved two pairs of skate skis and two sets of poles into the bag. It’s just long enough to fit the 190cm skate ski, but plenty of girth for the skis and poles. We also tossed in a couple of water bottles, a couple of pairs of (lighter) ski pants, a pair of running shoes and a light jacket. The bag traveled well round trip from Denver to Calgary via United Airlines with no sign of wear. I expect to use that way once a year for years to come.

Solid protection but not roomy or easy to carry

It is a solid ski bag... For exactly one pair of skis. Not much extra room even for the poles. On family trips I usually try to sneak a set of cross country skis and poles in with my downhill skis but not in this bag. I wish the carry straps were just a little longer, they are a little too short to put your arm through and carry with the strap on your shoulder. Well padded though to survive airport baggage handling
