Comfortable, dry, and go the distance
I got these for travel in the UK, particularly London, in January. I wanted good walking boots for all weather that would go OK with my woman's business suits. Not spiffy, but acceptable, especially in a rainy winter. With the Superfeet insole (which I need in all of my boots), I was comfortable walking 12k to 15k steps per day in the city and my feet stayed dry in the inevitable rain. At first, the boots were really hard to get off, but they loosened up by the 3rd day. While I thought of them as travel boots (and they are ideal, as they would work on multiple terrains), they've become my go to Chelsea boots here at home too.
Vegan boot review
I bought the vegan black blundstone size 7 boots. I bought these from reading all the positive reviews. I love walking in NYC so thought these would be my go to walking boots. Unfortunately, they are very flat and have no arch support. I had pain in my ankles from all the strain. I definitely would not recommend. Although boots are very well made quality wise, they have no support. Also, yes they are slip ons so you will have a struggle putting them on but it's doable. I tried leaving a negative review on their website several times but they won't post negative reviews so here I am posting on REI. Maybe the regular non-vegan shoes are better.
Great chelsea boots
My first pair of Blunnies. I'm in love. They fit great - I wear a women's 7.5 and bought a men's 6/women's 8; there's a little extra room in the toes, which I prefer. They're super comfy, have great support, and keep my feet warm and dry.
Great Boots!
I made sure to read most of the reviews so that I could get the best fit, I have wide feet, high arches and thick ankles. I usually wear a women's 10 but opted for the equivalent of a size 11. It was a challenge getting them on, a shoe horn was needed. Once I got them on, they were very comfortable. I just needed to break in the ankle area, I made sure to wear longer socks to get the proper feel for them at the store. I wore them the entire following day and part of the next day with my own inserts, it's going to take a couple of more days to get them 100%, but that's just me. It worked best for me to go to a local retailer to find the proper fit.

I had been lusting after these boots for a while. Im a thick mama and a lot of boots are not wide feet friendly and often eat my ankles. I tried on many sizes and varities of these. I was convinced i would never get nice boots. Somehow a smaller size (9 instead a 9.5) worked better. I wear an 8.5 which i couldnt get my foot into. The 9 felt snug but good. I tried a 9.5 to see about more roomieness. No, the bigger size hurt my heel. When i was about to leave a store associate discussed she could hook me up with a promotion for a discount and a coop membership. Not only did i get the boots for a DEAL! I now have a strong affinity for REI and will be giving them more of my money. Thank you do much. I love my birthday boots!!!
Super boot
Bring your own socks - the thickness you will normally wear - to help determine the right size. Love my new boots. Not much to break in and very comfy for someone who is particular.

I have wide feet and problem feet. High arches, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, etc. I had surgery on my foot this year so my other boots haven’t worked. These have been the best. I am so surprised but was trying them on to get my daughter a pair and I’m shocked that they work for me! Go try a pair on!

My poor old Blunnies finally died after 9 years of wear...REI had the originals, so I got another pair. Just couldn't be without them, LOL! Got a great price and they shipped to my house. What more could I want? These are the best boots for work, travel, and everyday wear. They are comfy and I've never had wet feet while wearing them. They are well worth the cost and last...well, not forever, but at least for 9 years! I'd definitely recommend.
Get one size smaller
Runs one size larger. Website is accurate but if you ever get your feet measured in fleet feet just do one size smaller than that. My fleet feet was at 9 US size but the Blundstone I ordered online my foot was swimming in it. I returned and exchange for Size 8 US was a better size. Also people would say classics is better than originals but as a person whos feet get sweaty this boot has better airflow and also it’s more comfortable. Lastly stitching is less visible than classic so for looks ill go with this one.
