Best watch you'll ever buy
I bought this watch 5 years ago in my local REI store it's been through everything I can't say enough great things about it, I love it so much. I've gone scuba diving with it down to a 150 feet didn't seem to bother it at all. I do a lot of extreme activities and am very hard on my equipment somehow the watch keeps going no matter what love it to death. I've only had to replace the battery in it once. Highly recommend to anyone.
Makes Telling Time Easier
For long while I had to refer to my previous watch by stuffing in inside my fanny-pack and pulling it out while I ran. The wristband had broken off and the only way Target could fix it was by advising me to buy a new watch. It's happened twice before. Even the watch repair shops couldn't do anything fixing it. So, when I saw this Timex watch here at REI I was forever grateful. No matter the change in prices being a little higher I was ok with that. This was the store where I found the fanny-pack I wear when I run when I train and race. I bought a pair of trail running shoes. Finally, I have a month old Timex watch I'm proud to wear and run with to keep me on point.
Hope I live long enough...
I will never use all the features but I like the casual look and comfort of this very useful watch. This is my third ironman watch. I lost my first one after several years. My new puppy chewed up my next one. It still worked but... This one is better looking and has a few new features. I like the Occasion feature as I never remember my anniversary. Unfortunately it reminded me while I was at the Travelers Championship golf. Luckily I was at the beer tent at the time. Takes a little while to figure out how to set and turn off the alarm if you don't read directions.
Strap holder pin came out loose
I used it for a week and then the strap holder pin came off. I fixed it but it is loose and always comes off easily.
Crazy Durable
Have done just about every sport under the sun with this watch: hiking, skiing, rafting, running, diving, climbing. 6 years later, this thing is still truckin'. Haven't even had to change the battery yet!
Buy a Winner
Great watch. My last Timex wore out after approximately 4 years, so I replaced it with this one and all is good. The new watch is better than my last Ironman - the display is brighter.
Great!
Had mine for years and it’s worked great for years!
