Bought this bag back in January and haven’t taken it to the extreme yet but slept out in it at 10 degrees outside and I was toasty. This bag was a great upgrade and took about 4 pounds off my pack weight. This bag lofts like crazy out of the compression sack as you will see from the photos I have attached. North Face did an amazing job on the bag and the testing they do I think is #1 compared to the rest. Sleeping in this thing is like sleeping on a cloud and it compresses down to the size of a basketball. So I definitely would recommend this bag.
I'll use this for backpacking and camping. Incredibly warm and comfortable. Not heavy, but a bit bulky.
