Rated 5 out of 5 by from Colorado's Fourteeners, 3rd Edition The author has climbed Colorado since 1955, and has climbed all over the world. The third edition has the best trail maps on color topo pages that I have ever seen in a paperback. Variations to the summits are presented and rated in terms of climbing difficulty. This is a must have book if you are hiking Colorado.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Reference After I bought this, a friend informed me that Gerry Roach's book is considered the reference for Colorado Fourteeners, and I can see why. Very detailed, very well organized, and obviously based on many decades of experience. You won't go wrong with this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Detail Oriented Fantastic book! it covers every 14er with virtually every trail you could take. Used it a few times thus far to prep prior for a hike and it hasn't steered me wrong. Don't settle for the lesser priced books as they are more general. This is the one!
