Rated 2 out of 5 by from WARM but NOT DURABLE! Wow, my 6 year old son LOVED this jacket when it came in! He wore it and loved how warm it was…not one complaint about being cold in it…EVER! IT's a l great looking jacket and I knew Marmot would be excellent quality. However, this jacket did not hold up! The exterior material is so flimsy that with normal wear (normal for a 6 year old) there are at least 4, one inch tears in the jacket. My son isn't athletic so the jacket isn't getting a beating. I am SO disappointed since this is a pricey jacket. I had hoped he would get a 2nd season out of it (as it still fits great), but there's not a chance since down is coming out all over! Very sad!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice jacket, but NOT AS DESCRIBED! The description states that the jacket "Includes zippered handwarmer pockets, zip chest pocket and an interior zip stash pocket." There is NO CHEST POCKET AND NO INTERIOR ZIP STASH POCKET. Also, there does not seem to be any "DriClime®-lined collar and chin guard are soft against skin and wick away moisture." The material of the color and chin seems exactly the same as the rest of the coat. There seems to be no reason for this jacket to cost $25 more than the "Marmot Ama Dablam Down Jacket - Boys'" I bought the other jacket for my other son and they are pretty much the same, so save your money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Material tears easily We've had this jacket for two years. The jacket got a tear after just a few weeks. We found some iron-on tent/backpack patches which worked out well. The side pocket zippers keep getting caught on the material.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from warm and soft Very fluffy down fill. Kid loves it and finds it warm. Would have liked it more if it had a hard shell for some water repellancy but outer layer is soft.
