Not to bad

Tastes like the real thing. Obviously freeze dried. Has a marshmellow texture. but the flavor is not to bad. I would get it again.

Fantastic!

I sampled this at REI and loved it! Bought several that day and I'm going to buy several more for holiday stocking stuffers. The texture is kind of like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms but not quite as dense. The flavor is *exactly* like mint chocolate ice cream. This is the perfect treat at the end of a long trail.

Best Ice Cream So Far

For the price I paid, I gave 4 stars because there wasn't enough. Seriously, the ratio to bag size was kind of off like most food products. Anyway, this is by far the best astronaut ice cream I've tried. Taste like the real thing.

Better than I was expecting

I had never had this kind of desert before so I didn't know what to expect. The texture is a little different but this is very enjoyable. They could put more chocolate chips in it.

Astronauts' Ultralight Snack

Much better than expected and pleasant surprise to find REI carries flavor (mint). Fairly priced, enough for two to enjoy this winter backpacking season.
