Gets the job done
I've had it 3 or 4 years, and camp/travel with it a good 40-50 nights per year between work travels and leisure. It works well. I wish there was a half-size model, I'd love to be able to save space and weight by cutting the bar of soap in half and using a smaller container.

Basic. Works.
Just your average plastic soap box for travel. I use this for travel and replace it from time to time. I have not found a markedly better method of soap carriage yet, so this will do.

Zero Waste Traveler

I use bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash and face moisturizer. I hate traveling with a bunch of small tins. This container is the perfect size to add half a bar of each of my things for my trips and save some space! It’s a little hard to open, I was scared I would break it! Once you get the hang of it, it’s easy enough.

Lasted 4 decades

Not a sealed box. It can leak a little if the soap you put in it is too wet. Mine was green and I bought it in the late 70s. I used it in my backpack for camping and travel until it migrated to a dopp kit. I need to buy another sometime when we start to travel again. My old one saw a few countries. About 10 years ago I finally tossed it out when the hinges for the lid started to fail. Its cheap and it does the job.

Broke almost immediately

I bought this soap holder for a cross-country road trip and it broke on the second or third day out. It's very inexpensive, but you're better off spending a few more bucks on something more robust.

it works for Dove bar

I didn't search extensively but this appears to be the only travel soap box readily available (& not expensive). It's effective but opening it is difficult at the center attachment. I don't know the trick other than prying the corner seam with my nails, which is not preferred but works.

useful color, can be hard to open with wet hands

i love the color because it's easy to spot in a travelling bag. Its a little hard to open and I wish it had a couple of small holes for ventilation which is why I docked a star. overall, simple and gets the job done.
