Best reflector I know of
Recently our work bike club held a light and reflector evaluation, where we all biked in front of car headlights, in conditions approximating evening bike commuting. One person had this reflector, and it was by far the brightest of any. Under the car's low-beams, it showed up as bright as any bike tail lights, and even as well as some headlights. It was visible beyond 600 feet. Several of us went right out and bought a pair. They are an excellent safety product for bike commuters who have to brave the streets.

Works OK, size is not very long
These are brightly reflective, which is great. The length is too short for me to wear pants and even lightweight boots. The hook and loop material is moderately adherent. They should be another inch or so longer with longer, sticker, hook and loop material.

could be longer

When I put them on they are JUST long enough. I am used to having these that have some elastic in them, then, with the elastic it helps to stay put. The width of these is nice. The quality of the velcro is good.

Simple and effective

The Jogalite is pretty simple, but it gets the job done. I used it for the first time this morning on a pre-dawn run, and didn't even notice it was there after the first few hundred yards. My wife watched me run away in the dark and told me later that the band is very reflective and would be hard for a driver to miss. From the name I presume the Jogalite was originally developed for runners, but in my REI store it's only displayed in the bicycle section.

5 STAR Reflectable

I've used these for years now, & tested many others. Jogalite especially worn on your ankles gives trailing motorists a light show that's hard to beat. I strongly reccomend the silver ones, they seem to have more brilliance. Wear one on each ankle to maximize the up/down effectiveness. They make great gifts to people you love who are out at night doing anything. Put 2 together and put on your dogs neck.

Best in Class

I've used these for years and they're simply BEST IN CLASS. They're WAY bright at night, and their bright color makes them equally useful in daylight. If you're looking for a product that will CLEARLY tell a driver there is a cyclist ahead, this is exactly what to buy. Six stars, not five. Worth every penny, and more.

Does the Job

This works well to keep pants clear of chain when city riding, Also adds a nice reflective safety feature for the same reason

Durable!

I actually didn't use this for cycling, instead I strapped it to my backpack. It is very durable, the Velcro is very strong! I can pick up my 30lb backpack with this strapped around two carabineers. It would hold up under anything a cyclist could do. Plus it is bright and wide, very visible and keeps me safe when hiking roadside.

Bright reflector

I am frequently out walking a dog in dusk or night darkness. I have had a couple of close calls because motorists do not see me. I wear these reflective bands around my jacket wrists to improve my visibility. I have another set leg bands but a different brand and wear both. The Jogalite is much more visible.

jogalite

The Jog-a-lite straps are a great safety product for cycling and can also serve to keep pant legs free of your chain. They are highly visible in low light, particularly when lit by headlights.
