The size is right, and fits me so well. I'm a size 10.5 and the width is PERFECT. unlike the Larimer which is so tight, this one is perfect. I'm lost for words.I can wear this all day, any occasion, and warmer than the Larimer. Thanks so much for the discount, and hoping to buy good fit like this soon

Very comfortable boots. I usually wear 8 in other brand shoes. But this one I had to half-size up. 8 was so tight it was hurting my toes. If you are planning to wear thicker socks please half or even full size up. For that I had to knock one star down. Otherwise I am pleased with my purchase.

I love these boots, they feel like sneakers but they are warm. I can't believe how comfortable they feel, I feel like I'm wearing high top basketball sneakers but they're great for running errands in the winter time.

I work outside a lot in and out of my vehicle and people's homes. These boots are light weight, dry, great grip walking on ice, and keep my feet warm. I tried 5 other boots before I finally found these, great boots!

These boots are awesome. Low profile enough to feel like a shoe but high enough for a mid top town boot in the winter. Light insulation and waterproof membrane with ice pick lugs on the sole. They look great too.

Boots work great in the ice. Had a bad ice storm pass through New England and had no issues with grip at all. I wish they made the boot a little wider but other than that no issues.

I use these driving and around town. Very warm and comfortable...except the top sides bite into my legs. I'm hoping these will soften up as they get used.

I ordered the Bergen boots on 28 December 2026 with a promised delivery date of 5 January. The order was never picked up by the carrier. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed on 6 January that the package was "lost in shipping" and that a refund had already been processed without my consent or prior communication. No attempt was made to reship the item, and I was not given any choice in how the issue was handled. To make matters worse, customer care has now asked me to place a new order at the current price, even though the boots were originally purchased at a discounted rate that is no longer available. This effectively asks the customer to pay more for the same product due to an internal fulfillment failure. In addition, my money has been blocked for nearly two weeks, leaving me without the product during winter and without access to my funds-through no fault of my own. Customer support showed little urgency or accountability and offered no meaningful compensation or solution. This experience reflects poor order management, weak communication, and a complete lack of customer-first thinking. I expected far better from a brand like The North Face.
