Mild tasty sardines
Mild taste, easy to eat. The combined flavors with beans is delish!
NOT spit out yucky at all
Michael Easter the 2% guy recommended these sardines so I tried them. They cost more but it's worth it to get the health and environmental benefits without gagging.
