I honestly don’t know why there are t a bunch of 5 star reviews. This pack fits and swivels with me. It’s the best pack!! It’s extremely comfortable and great for my achy hips as it doesn’t put pressure in weird places. The pockets and compartments all make sense and make it easy to access items on the go. On clearance it’s a steal!!
This pack is the perfect balance of weight and support I would rate it 10/5 stars if I could. I bought it last minute before a trip after my old pack got stolen and and I could not be happier. Seriously, after 35 nights in the backcountry carrying this pack it’s my absolute favorite purchase.
The free float suspension is genuinely magic. I found the pack comfortable, light, easy to pack and access. (I’m 5’1”, curvy, and middle-aged). Only issue is that the rain cover that comes with it only covers the pack itself - there is NO extra for anything that might be strapped to the outside. Also, it’s very basic with no handy attachments like the Gregory pack covers you buy separately have. I’ll have to buy another.
what an apparent bargain. apparent because it has not been used yet.
