Surprisingly Handy Solar Lantern with Great Versat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little lantern packs a punch! It’s solar and USB-C rechargeable, super lightweight, and easy to clip onto a belt loop or hang from just about anywhere. The 360° rotation makes it really convenient whether you’re using it on a table or hanging it up. 💡 Bright Enough for Emergencies With 8 LEDs and up to 90 lumens, it easily lit up a large bathroom during a blackout. I also love that it has both cool white and amber light modes—great for switching between task lighting and a softer glow. 🔋 Battery Life & Charging I got about 4.5 hours on the highest cool white setting, which is close to the rated 5 hours. Solar charging was slower than expected: after 1.5 days by a sunny window, it still needed 45 minutes of USB-C charging to top off. Specs say 9 hours solar or 2.5 hours USB-C, so keep that in mind if you're relying on sunlight alone.
A must have lantern!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this solar lantern. It’s got three levels of light brightness and two kind of lights to choose from, cool white or amber. I have used it at the lowest lumen for two consecutive days before charging it in the sunlight. I like the convenience of being able to charge it with usb cable too. The convenience of it being able to rotate and lock in 8 positions is great. Absolutely a must buy product.
Compact, dual-powered lantern, perfect for camping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out the solar lantern, we had a weekend away at the beach and brought it along to test out. The hanging clip makes it so easy to bring with you, we clipped it to my husband’s backpack and charged it up in the sun while we were at the beach. When it came to the evening we tried it out and I was impressed with how much light it gave off. I love that it has 3 brightness levels and the fact that you have the option to charge it by solar or usb is well thought out. It would be perfect for camping trips or even to use as an emergency light during a power cut. Definitely recommend!
Mighty little camping buddy! 🔅
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little solar lantern! And it isn't just good for camping—it's very light and easy to pack away, making it perfect for use at pretty much any outdoor event, in my car at night, or even when I lose power at home. Not to mention that it can swivel, so you can angle it down or forward depending on your needs. It's definitely worth every bit of the price! I received this product at no cost in exchange for my honest review. Thank you again, Nite Ize! 🫶🏽
Great Soft Light for Camping – Solar Charging Test
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this lantern and plan to take it on my upcoming hiking trip. The light is perfectly soft and warm and not too harsh or bright, which is exactly what I wanted for a cozy campsite atmosphere. It creates a gentle glow that’s ideal for evenings in a tent or hanging outside. I charged it for two days on my balcony (with mixed sunlight) before testing it indoors. The solar charging seems to work, but I haven’t had enough time to see how long a full solar charge lasts. I’ll update this review after my trip with real-world battery performance. The USB charging option is a nice backup in case sunlight is limited. So far, the build feels durable, and the compact size is great for packing. My only small complaint is that the manufacturer doesn’t provide clear estimates for solar-only runtime. But for eco-friendly, portable lighting, this seems like a solid choice! Will report back after field testing!🏕️
Great night light
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to check this inside because I'm already in bed before dark, haha. This little light isn't too bright, but it would be good for those nighttime bathroom trips when camping. Also, on your bike for a headlight. Love that it is rechargeable. Great foe hanging in the tent too.
Bright
Nice and bright, with adjustable warmth. It works well enough to use as a bedside reading lamp in my room, and will be far nicer than hanging a headlamp in my 6p tent. Have not needed to charge using an outlet in several months, charges well in a window. The only potential bad thing about this light is that the solar panel protrudes just enough that the middle can get scratched if you ever rest the light on a surface (rather than hanging). Photo of lit room was taken in the middle of the night with no additional lighting, and on the 'warm' setting.
It’s very bright and light weight!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very handy portable light! I took it camping with me and it worked great. It’s lightweight so it’s not hard to find somewhere to hang it, I like that it has the loop so it’s ready to hang. It’s very easy to change brightness and tone, and the battery seems good. I like it!
Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This awesome freebie will be so useful. It can charge by USB or the sun! You can change the intensity and color of the lamp. This would be great in a chicken coop or camping. So many things you can do with it.
So bright yet so compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is fascinated by this solar lantern. We tested it and its so bright yet so small! Its of great quality and perfect for these summer outdoor days coming ahead!
