Nope. Open Metal buckles are outright dangerous on a lift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned this because of its wonky features. On the plus side, it is narrow and light, which works well for skiing/riding. BUT the main pocket access is THROUGH the straps - you have to take the pack off to get access to the main pocket. On the back, the board straps have metal open S-style buckles that are likely to get caught on things. They do not cinch, but depend on velcro to size them. The board straps are only useful for boards and large items. There are some fastening loops but the pack requires some adaptation to carry skis. Although it says it's hydration compatible, again it requires some adaptation.

Women fit, but still too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like an awesome pack. Room for everything while still being slim enough to keep it on on the chair. I have a super short torso though so I returned. Was too long on me. Love that it matched the color of my corefire jacket.

Dudes can wear purple too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cool backpack! I don't know what exactly makes this a women's backpack, but it doesn't seem to make much difference as I'm a man who purchased it entirely because I wanted it in purple. It's a little strange that if the front straps are connected as they would be while carrying skis then you can't open the front pocket all the way. However, they clearly thought of this because they put two zippers on the front pocket and included a larger back pocket that does not have this issue. Good buy, even if you're a guy.

Would prefer more convenient pockets for daily use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it so that I can carry my snowboard with the straps, but I haven't used it for that purpose, yet. However, I'm not sure if the clasp on those straps is going to hold. Additionally, it's a bit awkward having the main compartment on the back, although it might just take a bit of getting used to. I do wish it had a small/convenient pocket where I could place my iPhone/keys and access them easily. That being said, the materials seem sturdy and I love the sleek look and feel of the backpack.

Good book bag

A definite miss, but good enough for side country access. Room enough for your avy tools and maybe a slim Jim! The straps could have used a little more thought and forget about working the buckles with gloves on. Sorry, but that's my review.

No, I do not recommend this product

Never be caught on hill without one! Low profile with all the room for on hill essentials. Bought this for a friend I ride with, along with probe and shovel. Great gift for her and another layer of safety for me! Win Win!

I would buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pack is awesome for ski days on the mountain! It hold everything I need, and I really love the back zipper part! It's made of really durable material, but light weight and doesn't shift while skiing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well-made pack but should have more description about each feature on the site. Not sure what each hook/loop is all specifically for.
