Please note, this sizing chart is meant to serve only as a guideline.
Sizing downhill poles: Stand in your ski boots on a level floor. With your poles upside down—grips touching the floor—grab the pole beneath the basket so that the top of your thumb touches the basket. Your elbow should now be at a 90-degree angle. If the angle is less than 90 degrees, get a shorter pole. If the angle is greater, get a longer pole.
Sizing XC poles: Stand in your XC ski boots on a level floor. Place the pole tips on the floor next to your feet. The top of the grips should reach your arm pits.
Sizing skate poles: Stand in your skate boots on a level floor. Place pole tips on the ground with the pole shafts perpendicular to the floor. The poles should reach from the ground up to a point somewhere between your chin and your lips.

I like the pole, it is weighted properly. I lost a basket recently. Partly my fault as I do drag my poles while tele skiing. From the start thi I thought the screw on system used to install the basket was kinda funky and didn’t seem to fit just right. I love the #3 screwdriver inside the pole, unfortunately my other poke was supposed to have an Allen wrench but it was never there. Overall it’s a solid pole and I would buy it again
The grips are long and suitable for uphill travel. They swing nice on the downhill. The hook and loop straps are simple and functional. The clamps are easy to operate with gloves and the length markings are easy to read. These poles balance strength and weight.
Love the extended grip! Tough to find one that is not comically oversized, a la folkrm. Included screwdriver bit is a nice touch - reduces the need to carry a binding tool at the resort.
Love the bd quality with the long grip which is super nice when you shorten up with one hand on traverses
Great on the few tours so far. I like the long padded section along the pole, gives more flexibility for where to grip on the uphill.
These poles are very stiff easy to adjust and have great handles on them. The baskets are large and work great in a powder setting.
One tour so far, worked great! Light and poles lock in nicely. No complaints!
Worked great on a Backcountry outing. Easy to adjust height.
