41M at 230lbs and 6'1", athletic build. I bought the 0F long sleeping bag. I am impressed with the quality of the Gortex and the instant warmth you feel when crawling into it. I gave this bag 3 stars because I think there needs to be about an inch or two more hip space. You can' really place your arms at your side and not feel the bag tightening itself around you. Kinda claustrophobic, and not a great feeling. However, length wise, its perfect. If anyone from Mountain Hardware is reading this, please add a little bit more mid space on the bag.
The bag is great but larger than I expected when packed. Unfortunately I cannot afford an 850 down fill bag which would be the right item for me. I bought this bag mainly to stop carrying a tent in order to reduce weight and volume in my backpack, but I think I could have kept my former bag and buy a lighter tent
