CamelBak  Podium Dirt Series Chill Insulated Water Bottle - 21 fl. oz.

The bottle works pretty good. I had a similar version several years ago but the dog chewed the lid up so I needed a new one. The older version was a bit bigger so that was a bummer when I got the new one. But I do really like how the lid comes apart for cleaning. Also the dirt cover is great. I work in a factory so this is easy to have on the line and the cover keeps the spout clean. The only major downside is that it leaks around the lid. I've check and the lid seems to be screwed on properly, and I've only handwashed it so I know that it didn't warp in the dishwasher. I don't recall having this issue with the older model I had so I'm not sure what the problem is. If it didn't leak and was slightly bigger this bottle would be perfect.

What an improvement over my typical bottles! The dust cap keeps the grime away that gets kicked up even on the road and the valve keeps me from having to put my mount on the bottle anyway. The flow rate is perfect too. I was concerned that the double wall construction would make it harder to squeeze but I have not noticed a difference at all. The best part is that my water stays cold! So nice not to have warm water after an hour on the bike!

Dust cap is too small to effectively keep grit/dirt away from nozzle, and the nozzle itself has multiple small parts that have to be disassembled to effectively clean, then reassembled after getting it out of the dishwasher. The bottle itself insulates well, but the dust cover needs to be MUCH larger.

I choose this water bottle because of the valve and snap on cover. The value allows it to be shut off from leaking. The cap keeps the mouth piece clean from what ever dust is floating around. I purchased it for taking on my bike while riding around. I find I tend to use it all around during the day.

Nice quality bottle. Insulation is ok. The valve cap is sturdy and doesn’t leak but a little extra to open. I have a slight preference for the simple pull valve, but this is marginal. I probably would not have brought it up but camelbak sent me multiple emails asking for my feedback so...

I purchased this water bottle after completing training through CamelBak. I chose this as a gift for my boyfriend who enjoys mountain biking. I wanted him to have a bottle that would help keep out the dirt when he was out ripping trails, plus the chill feature will keep him cool.

My wife (87) has difficulties with drinking enough (like many older people. I hope she likes to use it, then with two of three bottles per day, the problem is solved. And if the bottle falls or disappears some where in bed or so, no problem. I’ll tell you the result.

At this point I am giving it 4.5 stars. Longevity could enable my rating to increase to a 4.75 stars. Unfortunately you can not see how much water is in the water bottle. This keeps it from being a five starm

This is a great idea as I ride on some dusty trails and it does keep the cap clean. So far it is easy to clean. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a larger size as well as the size that I got.

Ride very dusty trails and bottle tops would get very dirty. Thanks to the lid and nozzle design grabbing a drink on the fly is no longer a issue. The soft sides of bottle make it very easy to squeeze.
