Bought it in 2019 for a thru hike of the AT in 2020. 5 years and thousands of trail miles later, and it still holds up to every trip. I’d buy again in a heartbeat! Other long distance hikers I’ve met who also have a Paragon or similar Gregory say the same. The pack’s design had hikers in mind (ie, accessible/in reach slots on your sides for water, spacious pockets, hidden multi-use compartments, plenty of attachment hooks, security whistle, etc) and it’s as durable as can be. I occasionally load it down with more than it should carry, and it still supports my needs without compromising structural integrity. The Gregory customer service team is also second to none—I had a minor repair take longer than expected and they *hand delivered* a replacement loaner pack to me while at work so I could still carry a Gregory on a weekend trip. Just outstanding respect for all they do. Thank you Gregory!
