According to the B.A. Gear Specialist we contacted after we bought the tent, the (2) main vestibule poles shown with the tent on the website are OPTIONAL. I am not sure how they expect the vestibule to hold up and open without the poles but that is their story. Nowhere on the website does it say they are excluded so be careful before you go out with this tent if you expect to open the vestibule up the way they show in their videos. (ps. you cannot buy them separately. You have to go find some generic poles that!)
