I love these hiking boots. I'm on my third pair. I have a wide toe box making it hard to wear most shoes, but these are super comfortable right out of the box and require no breaking in. I wear a size 40 EU and size 9 in these boots and they fit very well with a regular wool sock. I wear them for hiking and the traction is excellent. I feel very sure footed and secure hiking in these boots.
I love Keens for the comfort. But, the past three pairs of Keens that I’ve purchase fall apart in a few months. This particular boot the soles of the boot start falling apart 4-5 months later. For the cost of Keens they should last longer than 4-5 months. Now, I have to find another brand as comfortable that doesn’t self-destruct!
I recently hiked parts of the California coast wearing these boots, and they were great: comfortable, stable, and able to tackle tough, rocky terrain.
