I was looking for a small flashlight that I could hook to my belt loop on my pants. This is the perfect size for me. It has multiple settings for using the lights on-off button and it is bright. It is USB rechargeable and the battery holds a good charge. I recommend this product.
Our Unit was given these lights in Iraq back in 2005. The light still works, I'm not sure what battery it uses but after 20 years it's still kicking.
My reaction to this light is "Ho hum. So what?" It's a light. It has high, low and strobe. Strobe? From a thumb light? Now if it were S.O.S. I might see some value but strobe from a thumb light is a solution in search of a problem. The whole purpose of a stobe light is to blind and disorient a potential threat. Strobe from a thumb light is akin to using a cocktail fruit skewer as a defense weapon. If that is what you are using you are in over your head.
I’ve had this rechargeable microlight for a little over a year. It worked great, until it stopped. No problem, it’s rechargeable. I plugged it in a USB hub, it looked like it was charging, unplugged it, nothing. Plug it back in (red light = charging, green light = charged) I have both and it only works while plugged in to power. Not very handy as a keychain flashlight anymore.
Awesome light. Much better than using a phone. Rechargeable batteries are a must. I've had it for a few weeks now and use it all the time. Seems tough and hasn't broken yet. Simple to use with one button. When you are buying this you are not buying more trash.
I received this as a replacement light. The other light was very difficult to turn on and off and to recharge had to take the cover seal off. This has a small cover to lift and put the charger in. Light is very user friendly. Small size but ample light.
These micros replace my long dead micros, I was not able to find a replacement micro locally. The rechargeable batter makes a big difference, No struggling to replace one of those tiny button batteries. JMW
Rechargeable is such a great idea. Could use a red lense light until such time as the Brim Light (with red lense), the greatest piece of hunting gear ever, is brought back into the line up.
This small light puts out an enormous amount of light for its size. The recharge feature makes it ideal for a keying or emergency light.
Really came in handy when day light savings left me in the dark leaving home again. Use it to find keys and keyhole.
