Good fit for a small head

I have a small head and this fits well and is easy to adjust. I've had a hard time finding helmets that fit right. Sometimes they feel like they're too tall, even though the circumference is right, so I was really happy to have this helmet fit right.

Neither my wife or I previously wore a helmet. My wife, the nurse, is always worried about our safety and makes sure we have snacks and hydration. My wife also bought a smith persist helmet a few years ago and has never worn it. She always says she is a very careful cyclist. Occasionally when I will head out on a solo ride she will say ‘you need to be extra careful because you don’t have a helmet and i am not there to worry about you”. That last time she also added “you know you can wear my helmet since there will be lots of wet leaves.” I laughed and thought that it was not a bad idea i agreed. She hurriedly got the helmet and helped me get it fitted. The helmet fit my normal male head and with some minor strap adjustments i was able to get a great fit. I snugged up the chin strap and set off. During the ride It actually was very very light and comfortable very well vented and did not feel hot. It felt safe and i am sure i was riding harder than usual. When i was done my wife asked what I thought. I told her i liked it and was considering my own. She seemed surprised excitedly that i was being safe. She also told me i was more than welcome to wear it on any ride.

Nice helmet, though it arrived looking like a shop demo. There were a number of light asymmetric dents and creases on the plastic shell. Interior looked fresh.
