Great yoga/pilates mat!
LOVE this yoga mat. I use it primarily for pilates and it works wonderfully. It has a nice sticky surface and is longer and wider than most yoga mats which I appreciate because I am 5'10" and it's long enough for me. It is a bit heavy but I use it for home mostly so it's not an issue.

Love my new prAna Verde Yoga mat! nice and sticky! good cushion. my older mat was thread bare! My yoga teacher recommended the prAna mat, so glad she did!
