Ive seen some of the negative reviews but after 2 years, 3 International trips and ~10 Domestic flights with a baby in tow, I only have positive things to say. Its a great size, everything feel sturdy especially considering how heavy we load it for family trips. I paid full price so at its current sale price its defenitely a steal.

I was originally excited to purchase this suitcase since I had previously bought a backpack made by Gregory and was extremely happy with it. Unfortunately this is not the case with this purchase. I took it on a trip for three weeks to Asia and found it poorly designed And not practical at all. Beyond that even features how to specifically to this bag didn’t work properly including the safe partition for wet and dirty clothing. Very disappointing because I wanted to love this bag as much as I love the backpack. I’m looking into returning it it just didn’t work for me at all. One major pet peeve is that the design has the internal guts of the baggage backwards so whenever you try to pack your bag all your stuff falls out of it. Which basically means you have to pack a bag and unpack the bag with the retractable telescoping handle as the top when you lay it flat. Otherwise all your stuff will fall out of it making packing substantially harder. I could go on and on. But just don’t bother buying it

Great Long Vacation Suitcase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roller bag is pretty dang awesome. The wheels are smooth. The handle placements make it easy to grab off the baggage carousel and out of your car. This bag is large and fits a lot of gear/clothing. Just be careful that it can get over 50lbs if you're not careful. The thing I love most about this roller bag is the interior organization pocket and the pocket for wet/smelly gear. I loved being able to organize bras/underwear/socks/swimsuits in the center and then pile all my dirty clothes in the pouch on my return flight. The burly construction and interior organization make this bag a huge competitor to the Away suitcase! If you're debating and love to be organized, get this one by Gregory. Four flights later and this thing is still in top shape! Thank you, Gregory for making a suitcase that will last and keeps me organized. #giftedproduct

Excellent Rolling Suitcase!

We’ve been Quadro Pro Hardcase 22” users for about 5 years and needed to up size a bit for longer trips. Since we already knew the 22” to fantastic, we were happy to see there was a 28” size and were eager to give it a try. Like the 22, The ActiveShield Compartment is a huge plus. Having that compartment to separate our dirty clothes along the way or stuff a wet swim suit in between stops is a great feature. The multi grab handles are key, too. Coming off the baggage carousel, it’s easy to grab from any angle. Pulls easy up stairs and rolls like a dream through busy airports. THE 28" IS A SOLID SUITCASE!

Best large suitcase ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this so much. I can fit everything I need for myself, my spouse, and my daughter, for an extended weekend on the road. Also great for a checked bag because you know TSA isn’t going to be handling those bags with care so you need something that’s going to hold up to there “ baggage handling“ … Super light for a suitcase of the size. This is now my checked bag and extended road trip suitcase! Won’t leave home without it

Great suitcase

Great suitcase but was expecting it to be slightly thicker. It is sturdy, don’t take this the wrong way but was just thinking it would be a little thicker polymer coating in the outside. Great features and easy to maneuver. Gregory needs to make some accessories for it now though too (like a travel cover to keep it looking nice).

Zipper broke after 2 trips

I bought this late November 2022. Took it on two trips and the zipper that controls the expandable portion of the suitcase broke. Gregory wants me to send it back to them AT MY COST, even thought it's under warranty. I have another Gregory that's been great. This Quadro Pro Hardcase 28" is NOT RECOMMENDED

works well and still fully functional after 2 hard years of International Travel

Suitcase is great, only issue is that it is a little bit small for my 70lb checked luggage weight limits when flying United. Overall I am very happy with the product and I am going to purchase a second one. I also have 2 of the smaller carry on roller bags and I am happy with them also

Great bag! Durable and easy to use. Also the organization is far better than most luggages. To top it off the separate water and air tight insert is perfect for traveling with active wear or shoes.
