I recently got my hands on the JBL Tour Pro 2 earbuds, and I must say, I am extremely impressed. The battery life is exceptional, lasting for an extended period, which has brought a huge smile to my face. I'm genuinely satisfied with the overall performance. The build quality, sound, and aesthetics are fantastic. The customizable ear tips that can adapt to any ear shape added an extra layer of satisfaction for me. In summary, I wanted to share my delight with the remarkable performance that exceeds the expected value for the price.
Smart case with amazing buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply amazing smart case that has full controls of everything, and the ear buds sound quality is beautiful,with noise cancellation Ambient sound. Has a very long battery life in the ear buds and smart case pretty much last forever. The design of the ear buds are simply beautiful, and the case looks nice with the LCD screen in color with the JBL logo at the bottom. They have really good bass when you are listening to music and also the people you make calls to can hear you extra clear. Must say one of the best earbuds i ever seen.
User friendly headphones with awesome features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are really neat! They have touch screen features which allows you change songs & volume from the case instead of your phone. I enjoy this feature as I ride the train & love how user friendly they are to use. The noise canceling is very good. The ambience & talk through function works well to balance surrounding noise & headphone sound.
Innovative features, amazing sound quality
The screen in the case is innovative and an amazing ergonomical feature that no other company has done before. I can just hold the case comfortably in my hands and change songs, settings, controls etc. no need to unlock my phone or move my arms to tap my ear buds. The sound quality is amazing and with the equaliser in the app I can tune it to my taste. The bass is very nice too as I love bass heavy songs. The noise cancellation works very well, especially on flights where it completely cancels out the sound of the jets and I can listen to music in peace. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is that the earbuds feel a bit slippery in my ears and the fit isn't great, so it starts to slip out even when sitting still. So if you've had problems with earbuds not fitting your ears, then this product may also not fit. If the JBL tour Pro 2 came more size options or with more grippy inserts then it is an instant 5 star as the build quality, sound quality, features, screen are absolutely amazing.

The design is really cool even down to the box art. The case that you store them in is very sleek and high quality. I would highly recommend for anyone who's serious about music.
The good ,The bad and the Ugly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying JBL is really innovative....I dont know if this is the smartest or not so smart thing that JBL has done...There's alot going on with thease earbuds....The case has a screen with similar features that are on your phone or smart watch..So i dont know if thease are going to be for everyone,because you can use your phone to do all the features that is on the case like skipping tracks,playand pause,or getting notifications also controlling volume and so on.Dont get me wrong i think they look and perform pretty well.The sound is very good ,but you have to play with the EQ and make sure you try on all earbuds plug to see what's the best for you.The earbuds check all the boxes i like in earbuds, like multiple connections also good soud decent call quality.ANC and ambient aware.ANC is ok but could be better Ambient aware works very well.It also has spatial sound in which im not a fan of.The case is kind of chunky.I dont think i will use the to workout also ill be scared of damaging the screen on the case .But all in all these may not be for everyone I do thin they are pretty amazing.
Solid minimalist headphones!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to headphones - I either like over the ear, or in ear headphones. In ear headphones has always been tricky for me - most are not very comfortable for one reason or another, and some of the newer styles (no cords, etc.) are fine at first but then quickly stop holding charge amongst other things. So far (knock on wood) I have not had any charging and or longevity issues with these particular headphones - I use them when I mow, work out, walk my dogs - really just about any time I want to listen to some music and keep it to myself. The noise cancelling works great (re: mowing) - wireless charging is what you would expect - calls are clear. My ears have not been bothered so far with a few extended listening sessions (yard work fun). No real negatives for me to report as of this writing - pleasantly surprised by the sound and features of the headphones. The only thing I can mention that may be seen as a negative (depending on your viewpoint I suppose) is I don't really use and or care much for the interface on the case. In theory it seemed like a nifty thing to have, but in reality I just haven't found myself messing with it much at all. There is no hard negative / reason as to why that is - I guess just preference / laziness maybe. I also personally have not found a need / use for the spatial sound but I do use similar technology on gaming headphones, etc. So I know the use case for it, and what it does - but with these in particular and where I use them I haven't wanted or needed to use it.
Superior Battery, Built-in Touchscreen 🎶
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I agreed to review these earbuds is because I wanted to try something new. My current earbuds have a limited amount of battery power. Only four and a half hours of maximum playtime. Which is no where near enough for me. With these coming in at a whopping 10 hours maximum playtime, I was happy to try them out. I was also interested in the built-in touchscreen on the charging case. This feature I have never experienced, so I was excited. Right out of the box everything came completely charged. The earbuds and case were at 100%. This was impressive. Inside the box was the two earbuds, charging case, short usb-c charging cord (no power adapter), an additional set of small, medium and large size ear tips, & a quick start guide. Initially I connected the earbuds by way of going to my settings, then Bluetooth, then by pressing the button on the bottom I was able to connect them instantly. After that I installed the JBL app by way of the QR code inside the quick start guide. Then I opened the app and since I’d already connected them previously they were already displayed and connected. At this point the ear buds needed to be setup via the app. Which included, “check my best fit”, “ear canal test”, “voice assistant setup” and lastly, “product tips”. I was able to successfully go through these different setups very easily. The app has a multitude of different settings that outperform all others I have used. This case has a built in touch screen on the charging case, with a total of 14 menu items to choose from. And you are able to swipe through to view all of them separately. The display shows Bluetooth logo, L earpiece battery percentage, R earpiece battery percentage and overall case battery percentage and the time (military). Their overall fit was secure and each went easily into each ear canal with the original tip. I pressed play on the touchscreen and my music started playing immediately. Sound quality is superior. Better than all others I’ve owned previously. They also had amazing noise cancelling. I activated this easily by way of the touchscreen. I don’t plan on using the on-ear touch control on the outside of the earpiece. I find it difficult to remember how many “taps” for this or that. I can & will adjust these settings through the app or via the case touchscreen. In the near future I will be interested in purchasing a protective case. I searched online for this and they are available for purchase. My expectation for these earbuds was high. Having said that, they have exceeded my expectations and then some. Overall I am very pleased with their performance and available on screen settings. I truly love the extra-long battery life and built in touchscreen! JBL never disappoints. THANK YOU!
Terrific is the least to say
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They’re great in the ear, perfect and very comfortable for everyday use. Battery is top notch. JBL’s trademark Bass and ANC are on par with its top competitors. The best part about these is the Sound of Silence mode in the app. Wow, it will just quite down the environment and you won’t hear a thing. Needles to say the best part is the display on the case. You can do many actions that you do on a smart watch or even on your phone. This is the first earphone case which always stays with me where ever I go. Totally in love with these beautiful earphones, totally worth the price.
Very Impressive
Where do I start. The first thing that stands out with these ear buds is the charging case with its touchscreen functions I have not seen this on any other ear buds on the market. You need to download the app which again has various features so you get the best from the buds. The buds themselves are really comfortable, easy to use with lots of extras and the sound for me is perfect. There are so many extras from the buds, case and app including active noise cancelling, ambient aware, talk through, special audio, equaliser and much more. With the case you can change the wallpaper to a photo of your choice there is also a flashlight along with volume control. You can set voice assist to google, Siri or Alexa. I could go on and on for me I have to see I am really happy with them they may be a bit pricey for some but I feel they are well worth the cost.
