Don't get discouraged!

These did not work out of the box. Very low volume, compressed, no sound quality, app did not work. I tried over & over to get the headphones recognized by the app and idk what I did but it eventually connected and did a software update. It also required a reboot of my phone after pairing & updating. After that, they work & sound great as I would expect from JBL.

Not what I expected

I bought them about a month ago, but there are some seconds that always cut the bluetooth connection when I am listening to music or keep the cell phone in my pocket.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Please know that Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, there is likely something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Here are troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Last is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If the issue remains, please know that our JBL Endurance Peak 3 comes with a one-year warranty. You may file a warranty claim on our official website or you may contact our Customer Support at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) for further assistance.

disappointing

The idea of what these headphones offer is compelling. The ambient sound feature, when it’s turned on, emits a noticeable his in the background which I find bothersome. I’m unable to achieve a good seal between the silicone tips and my ear canal because of the overall design. The sound quality is abysmal. I compared them to my $18 sony bluetooth earbuds and my six year old $50 plantronics sports earbuds. It isn’t close to either of these. The controls work well. They stay on my ears securely. I will return my pair.

Useless After 2 Weeks

After two weeks, they lost their ability to pair with anything. Even when I activate pairing mode and the earbuds literally say the word "pairing" in your ear, I cannot get it to pair with a single device anymore.

Not lots of bass at all but good for activities

If you really love deep rich bass. These arent for you. I understand that an in the ear bud may not have as great bass quality as an over the ear headphone but these sound almost like tin cans. Now, if you are out running and need to hear around you these would be good. Personally I’m keeping them for being active and will just accept I’m not going to get deep rich bass. Instead I’m going to buy an over the ear option for at home or non-active times.

Excellent sound app needs work.

Excellent sound but app could use work. Overall, the audio quality is clear, crisp and sound true w a bass response that thumps and the ability to fine tune the EQ with the app. Ambient noise setting works well though I believe your have to use the app to turn it on and off. I like the option to switch between audio and video settings which eliminates the delay when streaming video. They are also very comfortable and stay put although a little bulky but not too bad. The case is larger than I've ever seen and a little fumbly to open but shouldn't take away from the value. Would like a button or sensor to check battery life at command but alas. The app itself really needs to allow for more L/R function assignment options and the EQ although very customizable only comes w 3 standard settings. None of which are Rock, Electronic or Pop. Otherwise it's useful. Was a good buy

DO NOT BUY

Bought this less than a year ago. I did not save the receipt due to the fact that who in the world saves a receipt for headphones? But like most people say, the audio went bad. It is like a whisper of sound. Spend your money on a better product, maybe even a different brand. I was told that I do not have a receipt, so I just had to buy a new pair.

This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Endurance Peak 3. We have reviewed your case, and our team has sent you troubleshooting steps for your earbuds. Additionally, the serial number you provided shows that the product was released from our warehouse in May 2023. Since there is no copy of the receipt, we base the warranty on the serial number, and the 1-year manufacturer warranty for your unit has expired. We are hoping for your kind understanding.

Lasts a long time!

I bought these to replace other JBL earbuds. The battery life lasts a long time and they charge fast. The sound is wonderful and for calls the other end can hear me perfectly. Only fault I have with them is occasionally they give a static sound when in my ear.

Perfect for gym

They work way better then i thought they would. I use them in the gym and it cancels out all the noise which they didnt even have that feature but it works like that. The sound and bass is awsome, definitely worth the buy.
