Fit change! Not a happy customer.
I owe a few of the version 1 Essential Shorts. Was excited about the update with new colors. However, the fit has change. The waist has reduce by an inch as well as the hip and thing. It went from a relaxed fit to a semi-fitted short. I don’t want to flaunt my body I want to run comfortably. Why did u change a good thing? Whyyyyyy? Photo attached: lighter green is V2; blue is V2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these. They have pockets on the side and a little zippered pocket in the back. They’re my new favorite running shorts. I have the purple color and think it’s just so pretty. I bought the XS, I could fit the S, but I honestly like my running clothes to fit a little snug to reduce chafing. It’s just what works for me.

Super cute shorts! I got them in coral <3 I love the pockets on the sides (though they do stick out a lot depending on what you put in) and the zipper pocket in the back. It's super lightweight and comfy to run in!

Con-billowy in hip/leg area & I wish the side panels were a very dark gray opposed to the high contrast lighter gray that they are (reflective detail/trim &all black would have been great too). Pro-very light weight & has pockets on each hips for my chews during my marathon (wish the pockets were 1" deeper & 1/4" wider because I'm a little worried the rectangle packaged chews barely fit, also a good length.But, love that there are 2 hip pockets & are light weight. If it's warm, these are a top contender for me to waer during my marathon
