A very nice light full-zip jacket...
I picked this up in late autumn (2025) to wear on early morning walks when the temperatures were a quite a bit chiller than early autumn but by late morning would rise well into the higher 50's to lower 60's. It is comfortable and keeps me at the right temperature level on 6-7 mile walks in and around Seattle. I didn't purchase it early enough for alpine hikes in the North Cascades this summer and fall, but as a long-time veteran hiker, I'm sure it will work fine next year and beyond. It is very light (weight-wise) and would roll up quite small for storage in a day pack. It looks good, as well. I also like the left-sleeve shoulder zip pocket for stashing the house key while on walks. For the record and full disclosure, I worked for The North Face for three years in Berkeley in the early 1980s . But I migrated to other outerwear suppliers in the late 1980's and beyond to 2025. I like some recent purchases I've made from TNF and will be checking them out more often in the future when the need arises. I've picked up several very good outerwear items from them this autumn for walking and hiking.
Great Product
This is just what I was looking for in a light jacket. Material is light but it stops the wind in its tracks.
Juuuust enough...
I wear this for work mostly, walking construction projects with clients and prospects. It certainly does block wind, is just thick enough to be warm, and light enough to...light...? Not sure what I'm trying to say but yeah, this was an easy buy. Looks sharp, functional, and I pray I get to wear it as a baselayer skiing here in CO soon.
I will definitely be purchasing other colors as well
I was in need of a comfortable yet light weight jacket that I could wear at work. This jacket not only does it look great, if fits and feels great! The quality of materials used superseded my expectations!
Urban commute
I ride an e-bike to work. The jacket's wind-resistance makes this jacket comfortable during commutes wearing jeans + tee down to 50 degrees + wind-chill for me. Your temperature values may vary.
Arrived on time and in great condition
The jacket is super lightweight but feels really durable. Love that it's waterproof too - perfect for unpredictable weather. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!
This is the best jacket!!!
We give these to our technicians that achieve Master Tech status. We embroider them with our logo. This jacket is lightweight and warm!
I would by this product again and again and I have!
North Face has some wonderful jackets and we treat our employees with gifts for achievement. They love North Face and so do we!
Perfect lightweight jacket
It's great as a light jacket. Takes up very little space in luggage too.
