Top of the line! Love the fabric!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our Company Work shirts are from Columbia. Being in South FL, this makes for comfort, especially in the summer. Also, the fabric hold embroidered logos very well. No snagging or pulling. The colors just do not fade. Excellent product.
Better fit and feel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing quality Columbia products for decades. They are my first choice when looking for good priced and attractive hiking clothes. For years, I’ve worn a large in women’s hiking shirts because they run small in the bust. Upon arrival, I realized this shirt is cut quite differently and I was thrilled! The medium fit very well for a 38c bust, yet was roomy underarms and had a flattering tailored fit. The length is perfect and I love the snap closures. It is attractive enough to feel comfortable in a nice restaurant or at a church during a hike. The colors are lovely as well, I particularly like the Stormy Blue. Highly recommended!
Great lighteright shirts
I have three short sleeves and two sleeveless versions of this shirt and need to get some long sleeves. I am usually a size 6 but take a medium in shirts because I have broad shoulders. I find these shirts fit me perfectly in a medium and can wear them for fishing and other outdoor activities as well as to dinner. From the front they look somewhat tailored and from the back they have a cape for function that is also nice looking. I have a variety of colors--white, blue, green, purple, pink--and all look good and maintain their size/shape when hand or machine washed. The zippered pocket is a nice addition for small items only since the fabric is lightweight.
FIT IS SPOT ON!
At 5’10” 194 lbs. and a 40DD this shirt fits exactly like it was tailored made for me. I wear an XL. Love that the shirt doesn’t have breast pockets. The pockets are at waist high with hidden zippers. Most people don’t see the pockets at all. So it has a classy look to it. They are long enough in the front and back so when my hands are up reeling in a marlin or dancing on beach my front and back aren’t exposed. The vents in the back are a MUST! I wear these shirts year round. From freezing snowy days to hot Caribbean days, the vents really help to keep you dry and not over heated. The colors are amazing. It’s a solid buy.
Great Way to Beat the Heat!

(And you can't beat the price when they're on sale!) The short-sleeve looks nice for travel, keeps the sun off my shoulders, but doesn't get too hot b/c it's so lightweight & is vented in back. I also appreciate that it has pockets. The long-sleeved version is also cut to be flattering, & is perfect for buggy evenings outside ~ it's lightweight & vented, but your arms are completely covered. These run true to size ~ I'm 5'5", 118 lbs & a small fits comfortably & is a good length. I love these Tamiami II shirts!
Perfect for Florida
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a golf community in Florida. This shirt has become my golf uniform top. I have it in six colors. I’ve started a trend. I’m seeing them in the neighborhood quite a bit. With over 90° weather for 4 months straight in the summer, it is the perfect choice wear. The vented back allows air into keep me cool. We need sun protection in Florida so there is another reason to wear them. The other advantage is that they always come out of the dryer and straight into the closet, no ironing needed. As new colors come out, I will be adding to my collection. If you buy this shirt, you won’t be disappointed.
There is no other

I've tried Magellan, Habit and many others to which they hold no candle to the Columbia women's' Tamiami II short sleeve shirt. It works in the very hottest of climates (Texas), the balmiest of climates (Michigan), and it looks great with everything from, shorts to slacks, skirts, skorts and capri's. I wore the white shirt and a pair of tan shorts to climb Michigan's Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and some guy came up to me and said you are wearing the perfect clothing for this!! I love the white shirts for playing professional USCA (croquet) … they keep me dry allowing me to concentrate on the game and my next play. I must have 8 white Tamiami II short sleeve and sleeveless shirts. The ones that are stained are delegated as gym workout shirts four to five days week. Have all sorts of colors and it has become the most popular piece of clothing in my closet.
I love this shirt!
I love wearing this shirt, but I just lost a lot of weight. When I was heavier this was out of my range. The waist is cut to size and doesn't leave a lot of room for error. The colors are marvelous and the style is really nice. I wouldn't plan on tucking the shirt-tail in because of the zippers on the side pockets. I love the shirt and it dries in record time when hung out in the breeze.
Great shirt for hot and humid!
Very comfortable and nice enough to look professional when I am working outside. Easy care and true/relaxed fit. Wish the sleeves were an inch or two shorter for style but that's easy enough to change. I bought the Heliotrope (purple) which seems to be a lighter color than represented on my screen. Also, the shirt has a subtle checked pattern that you won't see unless you zoom in several times but is quite apparent in reality. I don't love that but otherwise, it is a really great shirt. I live and work outdoors in the Caribbean and this shirt definitely works well here. No more smelly cotton!
