Wonderful base layer for biking in any weather.
I somehow acquired this shirt about 5 years ago and it turned out to be the perfect biking shirt for me. I insist on wearing this every time I do long distance bike rides, and while it's gotten rather threadbare with a couple of holes, it's still my go-to shirt! I'm so surprised it's still available on REI that I'm going to buy two more before it goes extinct! My favorite things about it are: • Does not trap odor. Armpits still smell fine after 5 years. • Breathable for both winter and summer riding as a base layer. • The little bike illustrations is really cute.
Compared to other wool brands, Icebreaker holds up better and lasts longer. I wear daily under my work shirt, and it helps them last and keeps me from getting stinky in tech shirts! I even machine wash and dry them and they last years.
