Not durable at all

I bought four of these expecting them to last if I cared for them as directed. I did so, don't wear them very frequently, and actually don't wash them often. I am not hard on my clothes; I work at a desk. They still developed multiple tiny holes on the front. The first ones noticed were prior to a year of owning the shirts, but I assumed I'd done something wrong. Now all four have holes, so presumably it's a durability issue. At this price point and with minimal use, these should have lasted longer. I would recommend shopping elsewhere, especially since their customer service folks seem to think one year is an acceptable lifespan of a shirt.

Tight neck and VERY see-through

I love Icebreaker and have many items from them, but this top...the "Ashen" color is very see-through, and the neck is very tight. I feel like I would be pulling at it all day so I don't feel like I'm choking. Also, what's with the scratchy tags sewn into the seam on the side?? The only way to remove them is to either cut them (but then you are left with an equally scratchy stub) or cut the thread and then re-sew the side. I don't know many people with the skill to do that effectively. Considering that EVERYONE removes tags, either make it a soft tag or just attach it to the shirt with a tiny safety pin like other brands.

It was on Sale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought it. I love comfort, practicality, durability and of course to look amazing as well. This tee seems pretty great! I'm glad I got two of them. I hope the material lasts well. It feels like it might snag or something but that could just be the nature of it. It's delightfully airy and cut pretty nice for a youthful and playful dresser. Merino clothes are so good, and it's getting a lot of wear. I'm 5'4" maybe like 130 lbs. I find it highly flattering. Seemed to wash well but of course I did delicate and no dryer. Would be careful what I washed with. Ideally a bag for laundering seems smart.

Bought 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ipurchase the gray the lavender and olive green. The grays neckline was perfect but the lavender and green neck lines are a little scrunched does not quite perfect. Maybe that's why they were on sale? It's a great basic. I can wear it work when it's hot and not smell so I'm happy with my purchased.

It's see-through and overly branded, but very soft!

This shirt is annoying. On the one hand it is extremely soft, a flattering cut and fit, and I like the bright lime green color. On the other hand, it's almost completely see-through, and the branding is obnoxious. Why does there need to be an IceBreaker stitch on the sleeve when there is already an IceBreaker tag on the bottom side of the shirt? That limits where I can wear this if I don't want to blast that I'm wearing a technical shirt. It's overkill, and it wasn't apparent in the product photos on the site, or I would not have purchased. I got this on sale, so I will keep it, but I hope the brand will consider less obnoxious branding choices for these clothes and a fabric that leaves more to the imagination.

Sleeve logo very noticeable

Nice shirt but the white brand logo on the sleeve really limits where I can wear it - it makes it obviously sporty. The black shirt photos don't show logo, looking now you can see on the green shirts.

Gigantic, just HUGE

Nice quality shirt and good, longer sleeve length. Problem is the sizing is way off. This shirt (blue) is 22" wide vs 18.5" for Tech Lite 2018 in same size (gray). Just GIGANTIC.

I will definitely purchase another one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite things about this product: (1) The neckline is flattering and comfortable. I can't bear high necklines, but so many alternatives are cut too low. This is pretty perfect. (2) The cut. I'm an older woman and so many tops are tight through the hips or too long. Again, this one fits beautifully. (3) The pattern. It's nice to find an alternative to solid colors. This one is interesting but still fairly neutral. I love it. (4) The weight/warmth - a great travel shirt, especially for late spring thru early fall. Cozy but not too warm.

More crops, please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There aren't many cropped technical garments out there, so when I saw this one, I had to try it. I took my same size as I do in base layers and it fit exactly how I wanted- boxy and loose. For reference I am a 5'10", 34A, 145 lbs. As a tall person it is a smidge too cropped with hiking pants (like you can see some skin when I lift my arms) but it's perfect with anything high-waisted. My only complaint is the logo, but on the navy shirt it's only on the arm and not too noticeable.
