Finally, warm hands

I struggle with cold hands in any winter activity, these are SO warm. the inner mitten is great for wearing everyday, winter runs, walking the dog etc. And the outer GORETEX mitt is awesome for the hill - my first time using them my hands were almost uncomfortably hot. They are a bit conspicuous in the bright red, but I honestly don't care as long as my hands are warm. You may want to size down a little though for increased dexterity (as much as can be expected with mittens) - I ordered the Women's Medium and wish I had ordered the small.

Warm hands

The mitts keep my hands and fingers WARM, huge success to finally find a pair that works in the cold temperatures. They are long, go over my jacket sleeves and keep the snow from getting inside. The liners stay in place, attached by Velcro without any interference. I give the 4 star when I use them while skiing because of the inability to grip objects, like ski poles. I have used them four times so far and hope they soften a bit more with use. They are great for walks and hikes.

Absolutely love them!

My hands are always super cold, and they keep my hands nice and toasty! I love taking them on trips; they are super comfortable and durable, and having an inner liner plus the option of removing them is great! I like being able to cinch up the mittens, so my hands stay nice and warm, and especially in winter, no snow can get in! They sometimes can feel a little bulky though. I`d definitely recommend the mittens to anyone who has cold hands all the time!

The best ever!!!!!!!!!

I have Raynaud's disease and have tried ever kind of mitts sold. I have spent up to $600 on a pair and they did not compare or even come close to the warmth of these. I have always had to add hand warmer packets to my mitts no matter who made them except for these ones. I am not even ordering a case of hand warmer packets like I do every year as I do not need them for these mitts. I had the best test with them this weekend -30 with wind chill and my hands were toasty for the first time ever! Thank you Outdoor Research for making these. I get no bonuses absolutely nothing for saying any of this other than I want the world to know, as I know what the struggle is like finding mitts that work. If I could give them 1000 ⭐️'S I would. I work with a lot of clients and normally I am not the person to endorse anything but these I can't be quiet about them.

Great mittens

Great quality gear. I have used OR equipment for over a decade in some pretty harsh environments and I have always been impressed. These were bought for snowboarding, and I was worried after the first trip when one of the pull tabs seemed to have broken. However, the he tab was meant to be easily adjusted/replaced and I was able to clip it right back in place. These are warm for cold days on the mountain and durable.

These are some seriously warm mittens! I used them going in below 0 weather and my hands did not get even slightly cold. The liners were really nice too. I was able to remove them and use them on their own when weather got warmer, and they were still really warm and very comfortable. Dexterity was a bit if a challenge, but that's what you get when you want serious insulation.

Finally, really warm hands!

My wife recently got the Alti Mitts, she gets cold hands skiing in the Northeast. We were out a couple of weeks ago and she was toasty warm skiing all day. Thanks for such a great product, we have wasted so much money on what companies have called their warmest, they failed us, you didn't.

Serious mittens for serious cold

I am from Minnesota and find that these are by far the warmest mittens I’ve ever had. I often find myself shedding either the outer or inner layer once the day warms up past 20F. Super durable. During a trio last winter is sub zero temps, I was the only one who was warm.

Toasty Hands!

These gloves are great - especially if your hands get cold easily! Great for the mountains and shoveling in a snowstorms! The hand grips are helpful too. Would highly recommend if your hands get cold really easily or you're in colder conditions.

SO WARM

Don't even need heaters, and my hands normally get SO cold. They are definitely bulky, but a little overnight "molding" to your pole helps. Also go almost all the way up to my elbow. Will be recommending these to my cold-handed friends.
