Very comfortable bag with women's specific fit which is very important for those of us with large hips and chests. Too many times I've used bags with unisex fit only to have the uncomfortable squeeze and pressure of shoulder straps with blood circulation impaired and, not quite right hip straps, This bag fixed all of that! The back mesh system is extremely breathable. The bag itself is lightweight for the comfort and support it offers. It really did move with me as advertised because of the straps pivot system. The water bottle pocket was amazingly easy to access which facilitated me staying more hydrated. Nobody wants to be the person stopping to say "Can you please get my water bottle out of the side pocket for me?" Happy to add it to my backpacking lineup! The only "complaint" I have is that I wish the side with the zipper access still had a pocket on the outside. I typically use both side pockets to the max and so found myself rearranging my typical packing logistics.
Decided to go on my first backpacking trip a week before leaving and needed a backpack. This pack was amazing and held everything I needed for 1 night. The hike was tough with multiple ladder rungs and climbs with a total of 16 miles. This backpack had no break in period and moved with me the whole hike. I love how it has the sunglasses spot on the strap also!
I can't say much negative about this pack. For the weight, it's comfortable, supportive, durable, and incredibly functional. Plenty of easy access areas on the outside to organize smaller items, and I live and die by that side access pocket on the trail. Between that side opening and the top and bottom openings, it makes it so easy for me to organize my main compartment gear in a way that makes it easy to access almost anything when I need it. The pack really does move with me on the straps, the mesh back is very breathable, and it feels all around stable on the trail. I ordered a S/M because of my torso measurement, but I will say that the hip belt has to be *almost* completely tightened to fit me (my hips are 36.5 in). Just a little something to keep in mind if you're between sizes and can't decide. Overall, fantastic pack and I expect to be using it for a very long time.
