We love these shovels

Super tough shovels that can be handed to our participants and trusted not to break. Light enough for packing in with no problems.

Seems like a fine shovel.

Seems like a fine shovel. The hot pink is nice. I don't like the asymmetric handle shape. If somebody is in the moment of a rescue freaking out and trying to assemble the handle into the blade only to realize (or maybe not) that they need to rotate the handle 180 degrees. . . seems like an unnecessary complication. It's one of those design features that makes you wonder.

Transfer Shovel Dies the Job

I got this shovel as I am building my back country mountaineering kit for the mountains on the east coast. Broken down it fits into my pack with ease and put together it makes a very sturdy usable snow mover. Right product at a reasonable price!

Overkill car shovel

Could have stuck with the kids plastic shovel I had been using but this was a great (if unnecessary) upgrade. It does a great job of busting through compacted snow and ice.

Lightweight and Good quality

Finally upgraded my old avy shovel and this one is quite the upgrade. So easy to assemble, lightweight, packable, but does a great job moving snow.

Love it!

Got this bad boy in pink and love it. I feel like it's the perfect size - not too big and not too small. Very sturdy and easy to put together.

Burly

The construction of this shovel is burly. Pack size is fairly small and the leading edge of the blade is smooth for good pit profiles.

Great as expected

Though not the lightest option, the transfer is sturdy and storable making it a great tool for avalanche work or other.
