To find your size, position a tape measure just above your ears and about 1 in. above your eyebrows. Keep the tape level to measure the circumference around the largest part of your head and then find the corresponding size in the Technical specs info.

Nice helmet but flawed by the little things
No, I do not recommend this product
On the surface this is a nice helmet and it fit me very well. This helmet fails at simple things that realistically shouldn’t come up especially at this price point. All I did is try on the helmet, put in audio, and try to remove the liner. The issue is the design for the liner. 1. It is held on with some small Velcro tabs that are glued to plastic so they come off. 2. The liner is supposed to come off to be washed. I could not for the life of me remove the tabs at the ears connecting the ear pads to the helmet. The liner is affixed here with glue and per a web search the whole piece should be removed. 3. Audio compatibility. Simple device like chips has no support in the ear piece and slides all over the place. When you go to put the helmet on the audio device slides around and gets caught between your head and the helmet. If you set the helmet upside down it ends up in the liner.
