Terrible battery to glove construction
No, I do not recommend this product
I had gotten about 15 days of usage out these before the connection between the battery and the glove degraded and became unreliable. Because these 15 days were scattered over two seasons, the warranty would not cover the repair. The pocket for the batteries is fairly tight and I suspect the stress of crammed batteries and cabling resulted in the damage. The gloves are otherwise in perfect condition. They did work reasonably well when functional.

Horrible support and cable fails
No, I do not recommend this product
I also had the same experience with the gloves. When they worked, they were great, however, the cable in the left mitten stopped working and the support team was horrible. If you buy them, make sure you keep the packaging, know the product number, etc.. It's unfortunate because when they did work, they were very nice.
