I wanted a structured pair of shoes for scrambling and hiking. I'm a Altra/Hoka wearer, so I like things comfy. These Scarpas were brilliant straight out of the box: sticky on sandstone and river rocks, alike. Enough support for deep sand. Toe protection for scree. I love them.
Great approach shoes. Very comfortable and good for hiking trips.I wear them as the street shoes when the weather got cold in New York City. Bought third pair of these after wearing off two previous . I choose a half size bigger than my usual size for the comfort.
I absolutely love these shoes! They are so comfy I don’t want to take them off! I’ve felt very secure in them on some steep declines. I’ve also worn them in the city while traveling and they handle cobblestones well. Comfy all day long!
Light and comfortable with great support. So comfortable I not only wear them to walk the dog but also to work.
Comfortable. Sole is sturdy to do not feel rocks.
