Very warm and cute but the heels rubs very badly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have some 13-year-old Columbia boots which I still love (they’re just now losing their grip) and when I saw these I had to have them! The boots are so cute and I love the color. The fur is very soft, the laces are good, and the boots are warm and comfortable. The three stars are for the ribbon that wraps the back of the boot by the Achilles. Unless I’m wearing tall, thick socks, I can’t wear the boots at all and will be limping immediately from the rubbing. It’s painful. Definitely try these on and walk in them prior to purchasing! I hope they will break in.

Love these boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these boots to wear while I’m walking the dogs or using the snowblower. And also to wear when I go up to the ski mountain or sledding with the grandkids. They are nice in formed fitting and are not big or clunky at all. They are also very warm. There is room to wear some cozy socks too. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9 and I ordered a size 9. Really easy to lace up.

Painful boots

The ankle part of the boots has a hard lump that rubs against the back of my ankles and has left red sores! Who designed this boot? Ridiculous!

Love these boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the Minx III model for about 7 years, using them almost everyday in the winter and really liked them. So I did not hesitate to buy another Minx pair and decided to try this model instead. They are even better than previous ones. They have a very sturdy sole, are very comfortable and the shoelace design is better. I use them with thick wool socks and feet feel warm for several hours in New England weather. Got the same size as I would for hiking boots and they fit well. The first week the part above the heel was a bit stiff but they feel great after some use.

Comfortable and warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got in the mail today. They are really comfortable. I sized up a half a size and they fit perfect with a bit of room for thinker socks. I haven’t wore them outside yet but i feel they will keep my feet warm with how warm my feet got while wearing them for the bit of time I had them on. My only concern is the heal part. As a few other reviews said the heel part rubs a tiny bit and I feel it might either make my heel raw or give me a blister. Other than that I love them and can’t wait for the snow to really try them out!

Soft & Cozy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these in black, with the black soles and greyish black “fur”. These winter boots are soft inside and super cozy. These keep my feet toasty warm, and keep the snow at bay on cold fall and winter days. They are a perfect fit because they are not loose, but are also not too tight in the leg area. It feels like a gentle hug on the legs when wearing, which helps keep the cold and wet out, and the heat and dry in. I love that there are no shoe laces to tie each too. Another great product from Columbia!

Perfect for teaching outdoors

I purchased these boots to wear when teaching outdoor environmental education. They are warm, weatherproof for the snow, good height to prevent snow from getting in them, and have solid traction. They are a bit narrow or fitted in the toe box, so they feel a bit snug when wearing two pair of socks on very cold days. But still they area very comfortable, even after snowshoeing for a couple of hours.

WIFE LOVES THEM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought these boots for my wife. She loves the overall look of the boots. The nice fit she feels when she puts them on. Loves that she does not have to wear two pairs of socks to stay warm. She came in the room hollering, and they are waterproof. I replied, glad you are happy with them....

Wanted to like them better than I do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They’re cute, and look good dressed up or down, but I find them very difficult to get on and off due to the pull loop not being very prominent. A zipper on this length boot would have been better. And they’re not as warm as I was hoping. I’ve worn them in 25°, and my feet were freezing!

Warm and cozy in MN cold

I bought these boots to wear for shoveling, dog walking etc. when I moved back to Minnesota. They have kept my feet and calves warm even in the coldest -17 degree weather for a very short (5-10 minute) dog walk. Great for snow and some slush as well as they are waterproof.
