prAna  Alpenglow T-Shirt - Women's

I loved this shirt so much that after buying it in maroon, I came back for two more colors. They will be my go-to outdoor adventure shirts from now on. The fabric is smooth, comfortable, and wicking. I was teaching outdoors and needed clothes that looked professional and held up to use, and these shirts definitely do that: they fit nicely and the fabric is a good weight so I think they will last. They also pack and travel really well! The only complaint I have is that Prana's XS tops are built for women who have a tiny frame but a large bust. I have narrow shoulders but I am very flat chested, so they have a bit of extra material around the middle. Not a huge deal for me, but order small if you have a similar body type.

I have the Alpenglow short sleeve in a wine color. I love it, and I want more colors, but I’m not thrilled with the color options. I’m going to buy black today, but it’s hard to know if I will like any of the other colors in person. I’d like to see the models wearing these shirts with regular every day shorts and not colorful workout shorts and not with another colored shirt underneath. I’d like to see what it looks like for every day wear. I wear this shirt with blue jeans and under overalls, and with shorts and hiking pants. I have the Mulberry, long sleeve and black long sleeve Alpenglow shirts, and love them. Again, I wear them with anything. They are not workout shirts for me. I love how they hang. I’m 110 pounds, 34D/DD and wear an extra small in both short sleeve and long sleeve versions.

I just love the style of the Alpenglow shirts. I own two long sleeve, and two short sleeve Alpenglow shirts. I wear them all the time, and I’m worried about wearing them out. They’re just my favorite shirts in my closet. I have worn them to the gym, and I have worn them with jeans to go out. I would LOVE it if Prana would make these shirts in more colors. I’m 5’1, 108 lbs, size XS or S, size 32 DD bra. I ordered size XS in Alpenglow shirts.

I really like this top and have ordered three of them. The high neck is great for those sunny days and the fabric is very breathable. The mid back gusset provides that extra space to move freely. The sleeves are a little short, almost like cap sleeves, so I made gardening sleeves to wear on those very sunny days. Overall, this is a definite win-win.

Love the material but agree with other reviews, the armholes are sewn too high up and thus tighter under the armpit. I ordered a medium to compensate for this short sleeve shirt but still not quite right. I wear a small in the Alpenglow long sleeve and tank. Kept them because it was on sale but will not order more. The sleeveless version is great.

Finally, a shirt that fits. It's long, but not too long. It doesn't hug my body, but it doesn't have a sloppy fit. It truly is the perfect shirt for just about everything. I think I bought six shirts and eliminated t-shirts in my workout wardrobe, it's that good. I'm 6' 2" and wear an XL. I'd highly recommend any color in the Alpenglow.

I have this same shirt in the burgandy, too. Globally, I like it. I'm not a fan, though, of the crimping in the back below the neck line. It makes me feel like the shirt isn't sitting quite in the right position. I would prefer a simpler tee-shirt cut without any bells and whistles that could affect the way the garment rests on my body.

I love everything in the Alpenglow collection, and wish they came in more colors in all of the styles. They are buttery soft, hang just right, and functional for athletic pursuits. My only complaint about this T is that the shoulders are a bit narrow compared to the longsleeve.

I bought this about a month ago and ended up returning it. I sized up to a medium, normally a small and found the arm pits to fit high up. It was uncomfortable for me. The fabric seems great, really soft and durable, it was the fit for me on this one.

This short sleeve shirt is exactly what I needed! It's super-lightweight, not form-fitting (that's not my thing), and looks stylish unlike the usual HS gym class look I usually achieve with the fit I like. The colors are super versatile too.
