Good Travel Bag, Could've been Great
I like this bag quite a bit. It's roomy, durable, made of good materials and has some good travel features such as: Luggage strap water bottle holder internal compartment divider Large Laptop Compartment In my opinion there is one fatal flaw: There is no hip/waist straps. When the bag was used for a 5 day work trip in Europe, it became quite heavy. Lugging it around with a hip/waist belt would've helped to distribute the weight and made a more comfortable traveling experience.

Heavy & Uncomfortable
Great material and seems well built but its simply too heavy when packed for travel. It doesn't sit right on the shoulders and its incredibly uncomfortable to wear, even for short periods of time. Also, the side pockets are unusable for water bottles. Not sure why they were even added.

Perfect travel pack for daily use or weekend trips

Finally, I think I found the perfect bag for my needs. The two front-facing compartments are perfect for items that I need quick access to such as keys, eyeglass case, earbuds, pens, keys, work badge. In the maub compartment, which has a collapsible divider, is perfect for and extra change of clothes and additional gear. I carry a case with headlamps, a first-aid kit and some tech accessories. I appreciate the waterproof material on the outside. The zippers are high-quality and provide a secure closure. If I had one thing on my wish list for this pack is for it to be bit larger - maybe 38L or 40L. I have their 40L non-travel pack but it lacks the front external compartments.

This bag is phenomenal!

I just picked up this bag yesterday to use immediately for an overnight work trip and this is one of my best purchases to date. This thing has so much space, but great organization to keep everything stored really well. I don’t think it’s too heavy, or at least the weight doesn’t bother me. The straps are super supportive along with the back panel. It fits perfectly under the seat on an airplane and is easy to get in to - it fits all the essentials!

Major shoulder strap design flaw

Shoulder straps are not spaced far enough apart. Placed two textbooks into bag to simulate weight and found it immediately biting into my neck. Painful after four steps across my apartment, inappropriate for travel. Returned.

Perfect travel bag for a weekend getaway

Perfect travel backpack. Plenty of open space with a divider that you can you can remove if you'd like. Was looking for a bag to lock onto my rolling luggage for ease and transport and this has been perfect. Color and materials seem strong, no issues after multiple flights and trips. Use it solo for short trips and to compliment my luggage on longer stays. Highly recommend!

Bulky, heavy, and expensive.

This is bulky, heavy and doesn't fit all that much. I wish it was expandable because I have to bring a second bag just to fit the rest of my belongings. It is much too expensive for bag that costs the same amount as a large suit case!

Cram it in!

I use this for morning workouts, it holds all of my shower and toiletry items, drying brush in a case, clothes, shoes, and supplements. The zipper seams let you do the “cram and zip” so it all stays in. Highly recommend. The should straps are padded great, I could see this being perfect for so much travel and even backpacking if you like the weight.
