Two problems with this light: 1. It has ONLY a proprietary magnetic-attach charging cable. It doesn't use USB-standard connectors, so if you lose the cable, you're done. 2. It gets seriously HOT after 15 minutes or so on high power. Hot on the handle, not just the bulb end. So it's uncomfortable, and using battery power. I would return it, but I tossed the packaging.
Great rechargeable flashlight for the $$$ - very easy to operate! For other reviewers - just read the instructions.
I just received this flashlight today. I’ve already expressed to the manufacturer how impractical and potentially dangerous this device is. I was planning on keeping this light in our car. It’s so ridiculously complicated that I’m quite concerned about having to literally train family and friends on how to this light. Should we have a wreck or get stranded or whatever I have doubts as to my spouse figuring this light out.
Nice quality, but there is nothing special about it at that price. The wide head makes it hard to fit in your pocket. The proprietary charging cable is not a deal breaker, but why not use a simple USB type C? Quality is excellent and I am sure it is a reliable work horse you count on.
