Beautiful shoes but uncomfortable
Beautiful shoes, seem to be well made. However, the footbed was much too hard for my feet so I had to return them. I really wanted to love them, but they weren’t for me.
Good look, bad fit
I’ve had several pairs of Danskos over the years, including mules, clogs, and boots. All have been the same size (39) and fit me great. I bought these in the same size as all the others but they’re too big and constantly slip off my feet causing me to trip. Foolishly, I thought I just needed to get used to them but the problem has gotten worse over the 6 or so months I’ve had them because they’ve stretched a bit. The problem is the same with or without socks. My feet are a little narrow but I’ve never had to use narrow sizes in the past. Finally, when I wear them without socks, my feet and the shoes get stinky (also something I’ve never experienced with my other Danskos). This all bums me out because they are cute and would be comfy if I could keep them on. Suggest buyers try them on in the store and maybe size down or more narrow than usual?
