But one, or two, now!!

Buy one or more now!!! This top was a last minute purchase after what i wanted was out of stock, from another manufacturer. Wore one up Rainier. Loved it so much i bought 3 more. Worn against the skin, the comfort and wicking cannot be beat. Wear an airmesh on top of it for the ultimate in wicking and warmth.

Good long sleeve but feels heavier

I ordered three Navy, Black, and Glacial Mountain Stretch long sleeve shirts all in XL. While I wear L for other brands, I wear XL for MHW because I prefer the loose fit, longer vertical length of the shirt, and call me careless but I warm wash hot dry all my clothes. When I tried on the shirts, the mid-chest area felt slightly tight. The shirt and sleeve lengths were fitting me great, however I just couldn't overcome the size despite them being XL. L would definitely have not been a great fit. Luckily, along with the Mountain Stretch I've ordered Crater Lake Crew Long Sleeve in XL and they were just perfect. The fabric texture of the Mountain Stretch felt thicker and heavier when worn, while the Crater Lake is lighter and more airy. Also, Mountain Stretch is suppose to be stretchy, yet Crater Lake seemed more elastic. MHW is up there with all the major brands when it comes to quality. If Mountain Stretch isn't what you're looking for, then you're in luck - try Crater Lake Crew in same size as this.

Runs a bit large, 90% of the time i get away with a large on everything. 6'1 180, long arms tho. The large was about an inch long on the arms this time.

Beautiful material.

Great product. I recommend ordering a size UP. Thankfully, customer support was cool and covered the return shipping for the exchange from L to XL.

Warmth without the bulk. It's my winter baselayer and great for early morning runs, deflecting the chill in the air.

Fits correct to size. Shirt was warmer than expected but still very breathable in cold wet weather.
