Poor quality
The sole was broken on the second day of wearing. Surprised so poor quality.
Water sandal with great support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to go a full size smaller than the size recommended by measuring my feet-usually I wear a women's 8.5, which should match up with the big kids 7, but the 6 is what fits. Positives: they look nice, shed water and sand easily, and provide a surprising amount of support for a sandal. I have plantar fasciitis and knee problems, and most sandals are only tolerable for short distances. I haven't taken these on a long hike, but they have been great for a day at the beach and a couple miles around the neighborhood. Negatives: the edges and undersides of the strap supports that touch the top of your foot are scratchy and dig into your feet. I have been able to adjust the straps to make them reasonably comfortable, and they aren't bad enough to cause blisters, so I am hoping they get better as I break them in. Overall, the great support and functionality in water and sand make me willing to push through the strap irritation.
Forever These Sandals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has requested and gotten these sandals for a few years now. They wear well, wash well and don’t ever loose their colors or shape. He wears them in rivers and simply walking around town. He says they never squish his toes (he has a wide foot) and they don’t crowd or scratch his ankle as other brands tend to do. These sandals will be our Forever Sandals!
We Buy These Every Year
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has wide feet and he's very active so we need a sandal that's adjustable and can handle lots of wear. We found these when he was a toddler and every year we buy him a new pair (he's 7 now). These are great for water events too. I love that Columbia continues to offer these and hasn't changed the design at all -- since it's exactly what we need.
Durable enough for kids--or adults
I got my first pair of these years ago. For me. A grown adult with small feet. They're so comfortable. And they last. Every few years I get a new pair or two, because they're not going to last forever--but they do last at least a few years--the ones on my feet now are from 2018, and it's time for a new pair. Best sandals I've ever had
My daughter loves these sandals.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my daughter for the summer, a higher quality sandal she can wear out for this year. She is a 3.5 in size so I bought the size 4. They fit very well with no slippage. She loves these shoes and wants to wear them all the time. Even wet she had no issues with them slipping on her. Highly recommend.
Great shoes
We purchase a pair of these every year for our two girls. They are their "go-to" shoes for all of their summer activities. The fit is spot-on and they love the comfort and ease of fit adjustment. (one daughter has regular-wide fit and the other is very narrow).
Great Sandal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these! wear them all the time. Fit better than womens size and love the color! My feet run a little wide so the youth size is perfect. I wear a size 7 shoe but the 32 fits perfect with a little extra room but the Velcro closures make them fit perfectly.
Good shoe- but causing blisters
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second pair for one of my kids. Always been a very sturdy and high functioning shoe. But this pair is rubbing his feet wrong on the top part of the straps causing a blister and irritation. Hoping he needs to to just break them in longer.
Great Sandals!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sandals are very cushioned and we’re comfortable for my kid from the start! He plays hard in them and they haven’t given him blisters or torn like cheaper sandals tend to do. I would highly recommend this sandals for your kids!
