great for a day out

We use this as a family bag for 2 people and our dog on neighborhood walks and short hikes. Fits everything we need for us to have water, food, sunscreen, and extras for everyone! Sometimes we even put our layers in it too. We like the waist strap and the shoulder crossover strap for extra support. One of us is tall and the other is short and we both find it comfortable to carry for long stints.

Too small for hikes

The body of this pack is much smaller than I expected, and my measurements of the dimensions are significantly less than those on the website. The exterior straps are not convenient for strapping on a jacket. The upper back is also quite firm and digs into my back. I'll be returning it.

A Good Fanny Pack

This pack is of good quality, however, not advertised well. There is no world in which this is a 5 liter bag. Good for a night out for a show, but barely fits a water filter & 1L bottle. I will probably keep it, but for a back country day bag it’s WAY too small.
