Not sure what these will defend against...
The gloves are far more thin than I expected. There is no padding on the palm at all. They are small as well. I wear Fox Dirtpaw gloves in size large, but these in large wouldn't fit at all, more like a medium.
Runs small, durability meh, cool styling
Love the styling, but they do run small. I usually wear a medium and had to get a large, luckily I was able to try them on in person first. Also, the stitching ripped between the wrist cuff and glove body on top side. I do like the knuckle protectors.
