Big Agnes  Big Six Camp Chair

This is the greatest camp chair of all time. We've used basic directors chairs, fancy nemo stargazer chairs, this is the chair that always comes with us no matter what the adventure. It packs small enough to fit inside the hatch of my kayak. It can stay in the car and takes up almost no space, can be pulled out and used any time. It is incredibly comfortable and durable. I am 200ish pounds and I never feel like this chair will break on me. Easy to put together, easy to take apart and put back in the bag. Pair two of these with the BA soul kitchen table and have a lovely picnic, literally anywhere.

Bought this primarily for camping in the bwca. As a tall dude with long legs I suffered using all the other low seated camp chairs out there. Got this mostly because it's so much taller and absolutely love it. I'm a bigger dude and have never felt as though this chair couldn't support me. Even with a kid or two on it with me.

This is the most comfortable collapsible chair I've sat in. It's super compact when stowed for it's size when deployed and is lightweight to boot! Got these for van camping but they pack so small and light that we used them on paddleboard trips and backpacking. Well done Big Agnes, this is a winner!!!

Very sturdy and comfortably wide enough for someone with a stocky sport build. It's great to pull out after a long day of hiking and small and light enough to throw on my pack. I like the chair so much, I'm already planning on buying the one with arms for car camping. The only bad thing is it's extremely hard to put the seat on the poles the first time. I would suggest unrolling it and letting it sit in the sun the first time so it's easier to stretch out. It would also be nice if the pad around the top of the chair was a little thicker to rest your head on.

This is a very sturdy chair. I do wish it had come with basic set up instructions for the fabric part. It was only after several tries that I figured out putting the top sleeves on first and then the points at the front of the seat was the only way the chair would go together. I appreciate the channeled connection points so the rods are correctly set, the whole frame pretty much snapped into place easily, though I expect with wear that might change. Overall a great purchase but only four stars because there weren't instructions for assembling the seat.

I purchased this collapsible chair for a motorcycle camping trip that I was about to embark on. I used it regularly each night over the course of seven days and found the chair to be easy to set up, extremely comfortable for my 5' 9" and 195 lb. frame (don't worry, ladies, it's almost all muscle), and beautifully compact despite its size. I honestly can't think of any shortcomings other than it's not cheap -- but that is the price of quality -- and I look forward to using it over and over.

I didn't manage to spend the night under the stars, but your beautiful chair reminded me of good times when I could go anywhere at any time and not be afraid to step on a mine. I was initially excited about this purchase. It is a comfy chair but the seat acts as a sail. Any small gust of wind causes this chair to topple right over. Big Agnes should find a better way to anchor this to the ground. I was camping recently and got up to wash my dishes from dinner. I came back to my chair having fallen over right next to the fire. It could have been a lot worse but the top of the chair did get a little charred.
