Columbia  Boundless Trek Cargo Pants - Women's

Wore these pants on trials in Oregon and on several in Hawaii. Very comfortable, easy to move in, cute, and I stay fairly dry when its raining or wet on the trail.

The material used for these pants are the closest I have been able to find to old Sahara pants (before the current version, which I hate). Light weight, breathability, and fast drying are very important to me, especially when I am out in the hot sun caring for my bees. I do wish that the legs were an inch longer, as I like them to rest on the tops of my boots, and they are not quite long enough to do that. For walking around, that is not a problem, but is poses a challenge when doing bee work. For lack of a better option, I just bought another pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately liked the look of this style at a different retailer and then came over to the Columbia website to find a sale! They are what I was looking for: lightweight fabric with a relaxed fit with a mid- to high-waist, perfect for hiking. I haven’t yet hiked in them, so I can’t speak to their durability, but I’ve found them comfortable to walk in. One thing to note is the fabric has a swishy sound. But I’m happy with everything else and I’ve tried on so many other lightweight hiking pants that didn’t come close to the comfortable fit of these.

I love these. So lightweight for hiking on days when it hasn’t quite gotten warm enough for shorts. And the drawstrings at the ankles are fantastic. Fit true to size.

The extra small was the correct size, but they are baggy at the butt, and they are made out of this weird material that is yucky to the touch and Makes crinkly noises when you walk. I am skinny and my thighs don’t touch, it’s just the sound of the material. I returned both the size small and extra small. I would not recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, my! Best pants ever. I am an Oregonian living in LA. I am always hot. Not in these pants. And yet... on a rainy vacation in northern Oregon? Kept me warm. Thin, light, at least 3-season-wearable. Ankle draw cords can be left open with the toggle nicely tucked. I ordered multiple pairs. I am XL. I ordered both XL and XXL as I have gained weight. XL fit just fine. XXL waaay roomy. I am 5'9".

I like the slight bagginess and the outside pockets to carry items I need quickly. The material will launder nicely and dry quickly which are definite pluses. I also like the neutral colors (black, navy and tan) that make them great for travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable, the pockets are great. They are a little short so I have to buy longer socks to ensure my skin is not exposed. It comes out of the dryer wrinkled though and they don’t fold easy. I have UV sensitivity and only experienced a little burning on the front of my lower legs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like these much, although will use them for knock around garden pants. The color is awful, much more of a off mustard than the picture. The fit is baggy and the quality not so great.
