Sturdy hiking shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pair I received for review were the low top hiking shoe. It is a very sturdy shoe. The soles of the shoes gripped rocks, both wet and dry, well while hiking. I did slide around quite a bit in the footbed though so it is definitely suited to someone with a wider foot. It is true to size in length and doesn’t have a high arch support. If I had a wider flatter foot I think I would have liked these much more than I did. They seem to be a really high quality hiking shoe for someone with wide feet and a lower arch.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect shoes for hiking as a expected. In addition, this shoes can also be use to work outside. The plant are comfy, the protection is full. However, I recommend to down size. I usually a size 9 but in this one a 8 1/2 would have fit me.

The perfect fit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The women's Targhee IV vent hiking boots fit perfectly. They kept my feet vented but warm when I was hiking. They are snug enough but not tight on my wide foot. My feet never got sore at the end of the day in the woods.

Shoes not boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shoes, but good.they're definitely for warmer situations. Not waterproof nor watwr resistant. Comfortable and true to size with room for socks. Good on dry hikes / nature walks. Overall enjoyable.

Wide and slightly bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hiking shoes felt very wide. Not matter how tight i pulled the laces, it was hard to get a tighter fit. This might be good if you are pairing them with very thick socks; however, i would recommend sizing down if that is not the case, as they were also a little big, even though i got my normal size. Aside from that, they were fairly comfortable, not super rigid, and i liked the color/style.

Versitile and Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hiking shoes are terrific! They have the characteristics of a four wheel drive SUV!- amazing on any terrain. I have a house in the rural mountains and never know what is up ahead of me. I’ve trekked through mud, snow, ice, rocks and they haven’t let me down. I would highly recommend them.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes feel really comfortable, not too heavy, and I had no problem wearing them with a thicker sock. I have not tested them out yet on an actual hike, will update if they feel good!

Disappointing fit

Not sure what’s happening at the Keen factory. Maybe someone stuck some 10year olds in to make the shoes. The last 2 pairs I’ve purchased (including these) have been incredibly off on the fit. These dig into the top of my feet (no matter how I adjust the laces) so I have to keep them loose which allows my foot to slide back and forth. The last ones I got had the arch in the wrong place causing the shoes to constantly rub my skin off. Really disappointing as I love these shoes, but if they can’t teach the kids how to put them together correctly, then they’re no better than Old Navy with it’s super off sizes.

Size Down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this Vox Box because I have a pair of over-the-ankle Keens that I love (that I purchased with my own money years ago lol). Unfortunately, these are unwearable for me because they are way too big. I requested/received the same size as my other pair but these are flopping around on my feet like clown shoes, even with thick hiking socks on. Compartment the soles to my old pair, it looks like these new ones are half an inch longer! If you purchase, I would recommend sizing down a full size. That said, the quality/construction is what I expect from a Keen product. They're sturdy, comfortable, and well-made from what I can tell. I would honestly consider buying them if I had the option to try them on first.
